As a seller, to answer any questions that prospective buyers may have about your product, you can reply to direct messages on the “Messages” section under “My Profile”.
Similarly, as a buyer, should you have any questions about product details that are not addressed in the product description, you can reach out directly to the seller by clicking the “Message” button on the product description page.
If the seller is unresponsive after a few messages, you can notify customer support. They will then get in touch with the seller to ensure that they are still actively selling.
