GANNIREPEAT.com is a peer-to-peer marketplace. Hence, we are unable to accept returns resulting from a change of mind. Returns are only accepted in case of a discrepancy between an item and its listing (condition, photos, and description).
Buyers have 48 hours after delivery of the item to flag any issues. All shipments are tracked and we rely on the courier’s reporting to determine the delivery date, it is the buyer’s responsibility to retrieve the parcel if left at reception or building common areas and review it within 48 hours.
If you wish to request a return for a discrepancy between the product and its listing description, you can do so by submitting a dispute with the seller and ticking the option “item received does not match the description”. To do so, please refer to “My purchases” section under your profile account, select the desired item and click on “Get in touch about your package”. Please keep in mind that this is the only way to request a return. We do not accept any returns via customer service email.
We protect you by transferring the proceeds of the sale to the seller, only once the delivery has been confirmed and after this 2-day window, during which you can submit any claims on the item if it is not as per the listing’s information. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label to the seller’s address. You will then have 5 days to ship the item back to the seller. If you fail to ship the parcel in those five days following the approval of the return, the sale will be confirmed and your payment will be transferred to the seller.
